IEEE, a non-profit professional association headquartered in New York city, granted the two Saudi female students researchers, composed of Rehab Al-Sudais and Munirah Al-Otaibi, the first place for their study, entitled "Information system for smart library using technology of Radio Frequency Identification RFID" in order to implement the service of self-borrowing and return in the library using RFID technology.
